1. What are cookies?

2. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies: keep the site running (session, security, language). Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and behavior. Advertising cookies: Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. Personalization cookies: remember your selected language (/mx or /en) and your consent.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Mxistorie implements the Google Consent Mode v2 standard as required by the Digital Markets Act. When you accept all cookies, the following parameters are set: analytics_storage=granted, ad_storage=granted, ad_user_data=granted and ad_personalization=granted. When you reject optional cookies, all of them remain "denied".
4. Third-party cookies
We use services from Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel). Each provider has its own privacy policy and opt-out mechanisms that you can consult at policies.google.com and www.facebook.com/policies.
5. Managing cookies
You can accept or reject cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, or change your decision by deleting the "mxistorie_cookie_consent" key from your local storage. You can also block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
6. Retention and updates
Persistent cookies are stored for a maximum of 12 months. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. We will update this policy whenever we change the analytics or advertising services used by Mxistorie.
